  • Chef Luis Martinez Martinez

    Mexican born, chef Luis is from the state of Oaxaca. He came to the United States at the age of 4. Growing up there was a love of food that grew even more after attending the Art Institute of Indianapolis. After studying French cuisine he went and worked at Cinderella’s Royal Table in Orlando, FL at Disney World. After coming back to Indiana he worked in various restaurants learning more, eventually branching out into personal chef work.
